Shane Gillis sisters are Kait and Sarah Gillis. The three siblings grew up together in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, outside Harrisburg.

After completing her MBA, Kait joined the Department of Health as Deputy Press Secretary in 2012. In November 2013, she moved to the Department of Human Services and served as a Communication Director.
She left the job in December 2017 to join Mendoza Group as Vice President of Communications. She worked for the company until April 2020.
In May 2020, she co-founded the Gillis Hanna Group, a communications shop, and joined BHA. Additionally, she has been the co-owner of Nour, a coffee shop that promotes inclusivity and integration, since October 2022.
Sarah Gillis lives in Pittsburgh
Sarah is a Production Designer at Carnegie Mellon University. She is responsible for designing the visual concept for the university.
Like her comedian brother, she attended Trinity High School and spent her childhood in Mechanicsburg. She has also worked at Above All Grand Salon & Spa in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

During college, he worked at a nearby store and honed his management, marketing, and business skills. After completing his BBA, Phil joined Crompton Sales in July 1997.

Gillis’s mother, Joan, has spent her entire life in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It is the same town where she met her future husband, got married, and started her family.
